Baycrest 31 in. Modern Sink

The Baycrest 31" Single Bowl Granite Composite Kitchen Sink Black is designed with a substantial 33-inch width, making it an ideal fit for kitchen cabinets with a minimum width of 35 inches and a countertop depth of at least 24 inches. This sizing provides ample space for everyday kitchen tasks while fitting comfortably within standard kitchen layouts.

Crafted from granite composite, the sink offers a durable and resilient surface in a sleek matte black finish. This material ensures resistance to scratches, heat, and stains, maintaining its elegant appearance over time. The black color adds a modern, sophisticated look that complements a variety of kitchen styles and color schemes.

The Baycrest sink supports both topmount and undermount installation options, providing flexibility depending on your countertop and design preferences. The topmount installation requires an opening of approximately 32.2 by 21.2 inches, while the undermount option fits a slightly smaller cutout of about 30.4 by 17.2 inches. Detailed templates and installation hardware are included to facilitate accurate fitting.

Included with the sink are a stainless steel basin grid and a strainer kit, enhancing functionality by protecting the sink surface and ensuring efficient drainage. The sink’s installation process is supported by comprehensive instructions, emphasizing proper sealing with silicone-based sealant and secure clip fixing to guarantee a stable and watertight setup.

Maintenance is straightforward: regular cleaning with warm soapy water and a soft cloth is recommended. Avoid abrasive cleaners, cutting directly on the surface, or leaving sharp objects on the sink to preserve its finish. The granite composite surface is designed to withstand daily use while retaining its refined look.
